MR. FESTUS MENSAH
DEPUTY DIRECTOR, BUDGET

Mr. Festus Mensah holds a Commonwealth Executive Master’s Degree (Business option) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), a Post-graduate Diploma in Information Systems Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Ghana, Legon

He joined the Commission in 1994 has since served in various senior staff capacities in administration.

He is responsible for coordinating the process of preparing the Annual Budget guided by the five (5) year strategic plan and takes steps with the commission to among others ensure parliament approves CHRAJ’s budget before the start of the year.
