BEDE TUKUU
DEPUTY DIRECTOR, LEGAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT

Mr. Bede Tukuu is a product of the University of Ghana, Legon where he graduated with a Law Degree in 1998. He was admitted to the Ghana School of Law in 1999 and was called to the Bar in 2001.

Mr. Tukuu did his National Service with the Attorney General’s Department in 2001 and thereafter got an appointment at the Attorney General’s Department as an Assistant State Attorney.

In November 2003 he left the Attorney General’s Department to join the Commission and has since risen through the ranks from Assistant Legal Officer to the current rank of Deputy Director and also heads the Legal Department of the Commission to enforce decisions and provide Legal & Advisory Services to the public.

He has handled some high-profile cases for the Commission and has attended many courses and workshops both locally and internationally.
